Excluded from the game are all persons who do not meet the above conditions, as well as employees of “The Organizer,” and anyone who has directly or indirectly participated in the design, execution, or management of the game, along with their spouse and family members: direct ascendants and descendants or other relatives, whether or not residing under the same roof.
“The Organizer” reserves the right to request proof that these conditions are met. Anyone who does not meet these conditions or refuses to justify them will be excluded from the game and cannot claim any prize in case of a win.
Only one entry per person is allowed (same name, same address). “The Organizer” reserves the right to verify compliance with this rule.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.

Any participation that does not comply with these rules will be considered invalid.
Any participant suspected of fraud may be excluded from the contest by “The Organizer” without justification.

Winners agree to accept the prizes as offered, without the possibility of exchange—particularly not for cash, other goods, services of any kind, or transfer to another person.
Likewise, the prizes cannot be the subject of any compensation request.
“The Organizer” reserves the right, in the event of circumstances beyond its control, including supplier-related issues or unforeseen circumstances, to replace the announced prizes with equivalent ones. The winner will be informed of any changes.
ARTICLE 8: USE OF PARTICIPANTS’ PERSONAL DATA
Participants’ information is recorded and used by “The Organizer” to manage their participation and enable prize allocation.

They also have the right to object to their data being used for commercial prospecting unrelated to the game, which they may exercise when registering by writing to “The Organizer” at the address in Article 1.
The winner(s) authorize “The Organizer” to use their details (surname, first name) for advertising or public relations purposes, on any medium, without compensation or benefit other than the prize received.
In accordance with the latest version of the French Data Protection Act and EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent by writing to “The Organizer” at the address in Article 1.

They may be sent free of charge to anyone who requests them from “The Organizer.”
“The Organizer” reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, or cancel the game at any time, particularly in cases of force majeure, without participants being entitled to compensation.
ARTICLE 10: INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The reproduction, representation, or exploitation of all or part of the elements of the game, including these rules, is strictly prohibited.
All trademarks, logos, texts, images, videos, and other distinctive signs reproduced on the site or on linked sites are the exclusive property of their owners and protected worldwide by intellectual property laws.

It also cannot be held responsible, nor can any claims be made against it, in the event of circumstances of force majeure (strikes, severe weather, etc.) preventing participants from taking part in the game or winners from receiving their prizes.
“The Organizer” and its partners cannot be held liable for any incidents occurring during the use of the prizes by winners or their guests once the prizes have been delivered.
They also cannot be held liable for loss or theft of prizes once handed over to the winners.
Any additional cost necessary for claiming the prizes is fully at the winners’ expense.
This contest is not managed or sponsored by Facebook or Instagram, which are fully released from responsibility by “The Organizer.”
ARTICLE 12: DISPUTES & CLAIMS
These rules are governed by French and Belgian law.
“The Organizer” reserves the right to settle without appeal any difficulty arising from interpretation or application of these rules, it being understood that no dispute will be accepted—regarding participation, results, prizes, or receipt thereof—one month after the end of the game.
Except in cases of obvious error, the information emerging from “The Organizer’s” game systems is considered proof in any dispute relating to connection data or the processing of game information.
Any claim must be addressed within one month following the end of the game. After this period, no claim will be accepted.
Participation in the game implies full acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 13: EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
It is expressly agreed between the participant and “The Organizer” that the IT systems and files of “The Organizer” constitute the sole proof.
The electronic records kept in “The Organizer’s” IT systems under reasonable security and reliability conditions are considered proof of the interactions and communications between the two parties.
It is agreed that, except in cases of manifest error, “The Organizer” may rely on any computer programs, data, files, records, actions, and other elements (such as tracking reports), created, received, or stored directly or indirectly by “The Organizer,” particularly in its systems.
These elements constitute proof and, if presented in legal or other proceedings, will be admissible and enforceable with the same evidentiary value as any written document.
All actions performed using the identifier and code assigned to a participant after registration are irrebuttably presumed to have been carried out under the participant’s responsibility.
